The delivery time depends on your destinations.

UK, New Zealand, Turkey - 15-25 days.
Russia, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Ukraine, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland - 20-30 days.
Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico -28-40 days.
Note! Delivery time in Peak Season (New Year, Christmas etc.) may be longer.

What shipping methods do you provide?
All the orders will be shipped via registered HongKong Air Mail or registered China Air Mail for free. Registered Air Mail means that we provide you tracking number for on-lain tracking.
If the orders's cost is more than 200 USD, the order will be shipped via EMS or DHL postal service for free.

When will my order be shipped to me?
The proccesing time before shipping for your order is about 1-5 buisness days. After shipping your order we will send you confirmation e-mail with tracking number.

What is your return process?
Most items within the product warranty can be returned for either refund or replacement. The replacement will be of the same item or another similar product as per our return policy.
The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process in Three Easy Steps:
1. Obtain the RMA authorization after you submit an RMA request us via e-mail.
RMA requests should include the following information: Order ID, reason for return (including images), your preference to replace the item or refund your money, and other related concerns.
2. Ship the goods to be returned after you have received the RMA authorization.
Please note that the returned item must be with its original packing and accessories. Use the shipping address provided by us and include the RMA authorization in the package.
Note: Please provide a tracking number for return shipments. We will not take any responsibility for lost or missing return shipments.
3. Receive the replacement or refund.
We will arrange for reshipment or refund within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned items.
